List remains virtually unchanged entering the Benfica friendly on Wednesday.
The New England Revolution athletic training staff released the Tuesday injury report following this morning's training session. The team will face Portuguese power Benfica tomorrow, before one day of training and then travel to Toronto for Saturday's match against TFC.
NE Injury Report – May 18, 2010
DOUBTFUL: Edgaras Jankauskas (R hamstring strain)
OUT: Darrius Barnes (R ankle sprain), Emmanuel Osei (R leg infection), Matt Reis (L shoulder/knee surgeries), Taylor Twellman (concussion), Mike Videira (L ankle Os Trigonum)
Kevin Alston and Cory Gibbs, who were both listed as PROBABLE on Friday's report, have been removed from the list entirely.
Edgaras Jankauskas remains DOUBTFUL, and after the team warm-up, has been working off to the side with the athletic training staff.
The OUTs remain unchanged from Friday, with Darrius Barnes, Emmanuel Osei, Matt Reis, Taylor Twellman and Mike Videira all still unable to participate in game action. Reis has become more active in training, going through the full session with the goalkeeping unit, while Taylor Twellman continues to work with the team everyday in most areas. Barnes and Videira are continuing to rehab their respective injuries, while Osei is still dealing with the infection in his leg.
